FAQ – The Class Acting Studios

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What if I have no acting experience?

No problem. We welcome beginners and professionals alike. Whether you’re just starting or coming back to the craft, our instructors meet you where you are and help you grow with purpose, challenge, and clarity.

2. How do I know which class is right for me?

Reach out through our contact page and we’ll guide you through your options. We want you to find the class that aligns best with your goals, experience level, and availability.

3. Can I audit a class before committing?

We don’t offer audit options at this time. Our classes are designed for students who are ready to take the leap and fully invest in their growth. We've found that long-term commitment creates the strongest learning environment and most meaningful community—one where everyone shows up with shared intention, vulnerability, and respect for the process. If you’re feeling uncertain, we encourage you to reach out with questions—we’d love to help you decide if this is the right fit.

4. What makes your studio different from other acting schools?

Every scene is custom-written for our students. Our instructors deeply invest in your development—not just as an actor, but as a storyteller and creative. The Class Acting Studios is a community of artists committed to honesty, growth, and excellence.

5. What kind of acting do you teach?

We offer a range of training that includes custom-written scene study, Meisner technique, improv, private coaching, and goal setting. Our emphasis is on film and television performance, but the techniques you learn apply across all mediums.

6. Can I join more than one class?

Absolutely! Many of our students bundle classes to get a more well-rounded experience. We offer bundle discounts to make this even more accessible.

7. What if I have to miss a class?

While we encourage consistency, we understand that life happens. Depending on the class and circumstance, we offer makeup options or additional support to keep you on track.

8. What is the age range for your classes?

We have offerings for both teens and adults. Our Teen Acting Class is for ages 12–17. All other classes are open to adults of various ages and experience levels.

9. Do you offer any on-camera training or filmed scenes?

Yes! Our Small Group Scene Study class includes professionally filmed material. We also offer headshots, filmed content, and strategic coaching through private sessions.

10. Can I book a private coaching session even if I’m not enrolled in a class?

Yes! Private coaching is open to anyone looking for audition prep, scene work, career coaching, or personal growth in the craft.

11. I’m already advanced in my craft—what will I get from your class?

Great question. Many of our most engaged students are working actors or experienced performers looking to refine their tools, reconnect with the joy of the craft, or expand their emotional range. Because our scenes are written specifically for our students, we can challenge you at a high level. You’ll also benefit from intimate coaching, professional collaboration, and a community of artists who are as serious as you are.
